Are your Caregivers Licensed?

All of our caregivers have achieved their Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) designation through the Maryland Board of Nursing, and are subject to a comprehensive background check as a condition of employment.

What kind of training do you provide your caregivers?

All of our caregivers are trained using materials designed specifically for Assisting Hands® Home Care staff. We are licensed, bonded and insured. All caregivers are employees of Assisting Hands®.

Who answers the phone after hours if we have an emergency?

We do not have daily or weekly minimums. Care is customized to your needs, ranging from 2 hours to 24/7 care including live-in assistance.
